ingredients:

4 medium size  Granny Smith apples

1tsp of flour

2 Tablespoons of water

1/2 tsp of cinnamon

2 tablespoons of sugar

1/2 lemon (juice)

2 sheets of butter puff pastry

Directions:

Preheat oven to 190 degrees

Peel the apples and cut it into cubes

Put the apples in the saucepan and mix with the rest of the ingredients except pastry

Cook in moderate heat for 5 minutes or until well mixed.

Spray the muffin mould with oil or brush with butter

Cut the sheets of the pastry into 4

Fit one little square into the muffin mould

Brush the top of the pastry with milk and bake for 25 minutes or until it’s golden brown.

Serve it hot with vanilla ice cream!
