You need:
3 cloves of garlic (chop finely)
2 check of red capsicum (refer the photo)cut in cubes
1 Choy sum
1 bok choy
1 tatsoi
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
a drizzle of sesame oil towards the end of cooking
Here is how:
. In a hot pan, put the oil
. Followed by the garlic and capsicum and at this stage you can put the seasoning (oyster sauce and soy sauce)
. Once it starts to smell, put all the chopped Asian greens 🥬 and once it’s all welted drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
This is good for side dish or a light meal.
